TOURS WILL BE LED BY A COMPETENT EXPERIENCED GUIDE WHO HAS BEEN TRAINED TO ADMINISTER FIRST AID AND CPR. YOUR GUIDE WILL CARRY A FIRST AID KIT AND A CELL PHONE.

BOTTLES OF DRINKING WATER AND A HEALTH FOOD BAR WILL BE DISTRIBUTED GRATIS BY YOUR TRIP LEADER AT THE VENUE OR TRAILHEAD.

• TRANSPORTATION: You are responsible for transport to and from venue sites. Hotel pick up can be arranged for $25:00 per pickup.
• DEPOSIT: All events require a $30:00 deposit at the time of booking.
• CANCELLATION: We require 48 hours notice to cancel an event and for you to retrieve your deposit.
• CLOTHING: In order to participate in out door activities you will be required to wear appropriate clothing. This may include tough,lace-up athletic shoes,hiking boots,a sun-hat,a wind-breaker and loose comfortable sports wear.You are asked not to wear open-toed sandals except in a kayak.You will require a tough pair of jeans or similar, in order to rappel.
• HELMETS: Your guide will provide you with bicycling helmets or rock-climbing helmets at the appropriate venues.
• INCLEMENT WEATHER: We do not cancel events due to inclement weather, however your guide may decide that it is too dangerous to continue and reserves the right to cancel your event at any time for any reason.
• RAINCHECK: We will issue a rain check whenever we can reasonably do so.
• EQUIPMENT: All required equipment for you to safely participate in your chosen event is included in our prices except for SCUBA.
• SCUBA CLASSES: Participants will be required to furnish the appropriate books and there may be an additional charge for equipment rental.
• CHANGES: We reserve the right to change venues and prices at any time.

Lunches
The Marco Polo Connection is pleased to be able to offer a picnic lunch to all of our adventurers. Should you wish to have a picnic lunch provided on your adventure then please make that known to us at the time that you book a trip. Your guide will pack a small ice chest with lunch and bring it along on the trip. Please select from these options below. A charge of $10:00 will apply.

Lunches consist of:

• a delicious 6" submarine sandwich
• a packet of chips
• a large soft drink
• an apple

One of the choices is a vegetarian choice. All of our lunches come with your choice of cheese, mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, olives and dressing. The Works !!!
